What Is Dry Needling?

A dry needling treatment involves inserting micro-filament needles into trigger points (hypersensitive knots in taut, muscular bands) to treat acute or chronic pain naturally. Trigger points are commonly caused by overuse, strains or sprains, emotional stress, stress caused by poor posture, and even dehydration.
